Marc Darryl K. Guevarra

Marc is a Lawyer at Moore Roxas Tabamo & Co., where he practices and specializes in tax and corporate law. He brings strong expertise in handling taxation, corporate compliance, and legal advisory matters, offering practical and strategic solutions tailored to clients’ business needs.

He joined Roxas Tabamo & Co. in February 2020 and has gained extensive experience in providing tax and corporate services, including tax audits (BIR and local government), corporate secretarial services, tax compliance, company registration and closure, as well as advisory on tax, corporate, and labor matters. He also assists clients in securing tax rulings and tax treaty reliefs, and in navigating requirements of the SEC, BIR, BSP, PEZA, local governments, and other regulatory agencies.

Marc has served clients from various industries such as mining, construction, manufacturing, retail, BPO, IT, export, and hotel accommodations.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting in 2013 and Bachelor of Laws in 2017, both from the University of Santo Tomas. He passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2019 and is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
